Understand your options

Evidence-informed. Individually assessed.

Adult ADHD can affect far more than attention. People may struggle to initiate tasks, hold information in mind, estimate time, organize competing priorities, regulate impulses or sustain effort when a task is repetitive.

Similar symptoms can also arise from depression, anxiety, trauma, sleep problems, menopause, post-viral illness, medication effects or other medical conditions. Clinical assessment is important before attributing cognitive difficulties to ADHD.

Research has examined repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for ADHD symptoms and cognitive functioning. Results are promising in some studies but remain mixed across stimulation targets, protocols and patient groups.

EXOMIND is not specifically licensed by Health Canada for ADHD, memory enhancement or executive-function treatment. Any discussion would be individualized, off-label and accompanied by informed consent; benefits cannot be guaranteed.

Do any of these feel familiar?

Executive-function difficulties can look different from person to person. The pattern, history and impact matter more than any single symptom.

How rTMS works

Supporting change in targeted brain networks.

EXOMIND uses controlled magnetic pulses to influence activity in selected cortical networks. Repeated stimulation can engage neuroplasticity—the brain’s capacity to adapt how neural pathways communicate.
